Switching to use Mayflower for your calls is easy, we provide 4 ways to connect; (CPS being the easiest and most straight forward)

Carrier Pre-selection (CPS)

CPS is activated at the local BT exchange, so all call-traffic originating from your lines will be routed directly through Mayflower. You will keep existing phone numbers and continue to make calls as usual.

Switch programming (LCR programming)

Most modern telephone systems can be programmed so the system automatically inserts the carrier access code and calls are routed via Mayflower.

'Autodialling' routing equipment

For all lines that cannot be programmed through the telephone system we will install autodialling equipment. Mayflower engineers will install this equipment ensuring there is no difference to the operation of the line. The equipment is mains powered.

Manual dialling

Should you wish to select certain calls to be billed by Mayflower we can provide you with a 4 digit access code to route the call via us. This can be useful for home workers, who want to separate home and business calls for example.
